Recently, I helped a friend with her paint color selections. We changed a boring builder’s white powder room into a tiny jewel. Starting with a dark royal blue for the walls and ceiling, we swapped the awful bare bulb, Hollywood-style light fixture for an updated look in a silver satin finish, and replaced the plain, frameless mirror with a large silver satin finished framed mirror. Add a small Persian style rug and some cool art for the walls and Voila! She has a lovely surprise for anyone opening the door to that space.
