Typically the family room is the most difficult room in the house to plan and execute both because of the myriad activities that take place, and because it is frequently cut up with windows, doors and the fireplace. And while trying to deal with all of that, where the heck do you put the TV? And, let’s not forget the complicating factor of trying to fit a Christmas tree into that milieu. It’s enough to drive even good Interior Designers batty.
