Proper lighting in kitchens is very important. If there is one thing I would make sure every kitchen has it is under-cabinet lighting. LED or fluorescent lighting are two good options for your task lighting. Overhead lighting alone is not enough for the kitchen. You don’t want to cast a shadows while working at your counter.
