With two careers going full-steam, two children finishing high school and beginning college, a perfectly comfortable house in Pasadena, my husband and I, on a whim, bought a second home in the Palm Springs area. Yikes! How to furnish it and begin to enjoy it when we were much too busy with our lives? Thank goodness, our good friend Kathy Alexander had begun her interior design business and could help. Just to add to the complications of our situation, Kathy had recently moved to Northern Virginia. No problem.

Kathy made it all so easy for us. She not only helped us select colors, fabrics, furniture, and lighting, she also arranged for everything to be delivered to the desert home at times convenient for us. Working with her was a total delight. She listens, she understands, and she responds creatively and efficiently.
